以往的社會工作,強調工作方法,相對不重視文化的面向。但在多元文化社會工作的領域中,則被強調成基本的、不可忽略的面向,因為這是我們判斷案主需求與資源分配不可欠缺的前提。因此,在面對多元文化的衝擊下,社會工作專業及工作者應如何面對?又應具備哪些素養與能力?以面對這樣的挑戰,希望透過本課程能對大學部學生在面對多元文化相關議題時,能更有能力瞭解並具備多元觀點因應變動性十足的社會現況。In the past, social work emphasized working methods and did not pay attention to the cultural orientation. However, in the field of multicultural social work, it is emphasized to be a basic and unnegligible aspect, because this is the indispensable prerequisite for us to judge the client's needs and resource allocation. Therefore, in the face of the impact of multiculturalism, how should social work professions and workers face it? What kind of nourishment and abilities should be installed? In the face of such challenges, I hope that through this course, students in university departments will be able to understand and have a diverse viewpoint and changeable social situation when facing multicultural issues.
全球化與在地化的交互衝擊,是過往數十年間世界各國在政治、經濟、社會福利、國家認同與社會認同上共同面臨的挑戰,在這些挑戰中,因多元文化及其相關議題所帶來的影響,早已變成社會科學研究與討論的重點。因此,在面對多元文化的衝擊下,社會工作專業及工作者應如何面對?又應具備哪些素養與能力?以面對這樣的挑戰,希望透過本課程能對大學部學生在面對多元文化相關議題時,能更有能力瞭解並具備多元觀點因應變動性十足的社會現況。
The interactive impact of globalization and localization has been a challenge facing all countries around the world in politics, economy, social welfare, national recognition and social recognition over the past decades.
