Social Case Work
教育目標 Course Target
(一)目標:透過課程的各個單元,能夠對社會個案工作有概括性的了解,本學期課程特別著重於個案工作的流程,讓學生能了解完整的個案工作處理過程。
(二)內涵:本學期課程安排有兩個面向,第一面向是傳遞有關個案工作的基礎知識、相關價值倫理原則與專業關係建立等概念,第二面向是有關個案工作的各項技巧,從接案、收集資料、預估、擬定計畫、介入、資源連結、家系圖與生態圖繪製等內容。
(1) Objective: Through each unit of the course, students can have a general understanding of social case work. This semester’s course focuses particularly on the process of case work, allowing students to understand the complete case work processing process.
(2) Connotation: The course arrangement for this semester has two aspects. The first aspect is to convey the basic knowledge about case work, relevant values and ethical principles, and the establishment of professional relationships. The second aspect is about various skills of case work, including taking cases, collecting information, estimating, formulating plans, intervention, resource linking, drawing family diagrams and ecological diagrams, etc.

本課程的主要目標是透過課程的各個單元,對社會個案工作的概念與實務有概括性的瞭解。本學期課程特別著重於教授個案工作的流程,包括接案、收集資料、預估、處遇、評估、結案、個案記錄撰寫、與專業關係的建立等的概念與實務操作,並讓同學從各種不同案例中,練習實務技巧的運用,期望同學能學習一個個案完整的處理過程。
The main objective of this course is to gain a general understanding of the concepts and practices of social casework through each unit of the course. This semester's course particularly focuses on teaching the process of case work, including concepts and practical operations such as receiving cases, collecting information, estimating, handling, evaluating, closing cases, writing case records, and establishing professional relationships. It also allows students to practice the use of practical skills from a variety of different cases. It is expected that students can learn the complete handling process of a case.
