Policies Analysis
教育目標 Course Target
本課程教導學生能夠針對特定的公共政策來進行分析，學生在修習完本課程之後，能夠理解到政策分析的步驟，以及如何透過這些步驟來分析公共政策。本課程內涵涵蓋大部份的政策分析所需要的技巧，包括政策問題的診斷、政策工具的類型與選擇、以及後續備選方案的提出等，都是本學期課程會討論之內容。
This course teaches students to analyze specific public policies. After completing this course, students can understand the steps of policy analysis and how to analyze public policies through these steps. The content of this course covers the skills required for most policy analysis, including the diagnosis of policy issues, the types and selection of policy tools, and the proposal of subsequent selection plans, which are all contents of the course discussion during this period.
