教育目標 Course Target
組織行為(OB)是研究個人、團體、及組織結構,對於組織成員行為所產生的集體影響。本課程之目的,係希望透過這些之事,提高公、私、非營利組織整體效能。組織行為中之激勵、凝聚力、對於組織的人力資源管理、與工作滿足感均有重大影響。如何尋求個人組織生活與目標之平衡,促進組織目標的達成,是經理人的重大挑戰。本課程的目標,係以經理人的角度出發,探討個人、團體、與組織結構三層面的各種議題。
Organizational behavior (OB) is the study of the collective impact of individuals, groups, and organizational structures on the behavior of organizational members. The purpose of this course is to improve the overall effectiveness of public, private and non-profit organizations through these things. Motivation and cohesion in organizational behavior have a significant impact on the organization's human resource management and job satisfaction. How to find a balance between personal organizational life and goals and promote the achievement of organizational goals is a major challenge for managers. The goal of this course is to explore various issues at the three levels of individuals, groups, and organizational structures from a manager's perspective.
課程概述 Course Description
組織以及組織內的行為現象隨時環繞在我們日常生活周遭,本課程主要介紹「組織行為」的相關理論與內容。本課程將系統地從組織中之個體和團體兩個層次進行,幫助同學了解組織中個人與組織之間所產生的現象,例如個人心理層面的之決、認知、情感、學習、激勵與決策;社會心理層面的態度改變、團體決策過程、衝突與溝通等。希望這門課可以協助同學們認識你所存在的組織,也可能幫助你更能適應現代組織生活。
Organizations and behavioral phenomena within organizations surround us in our daily lives. This course mainly introduces the relevant theories and contents of "organizational behavior". This course will be systematically conducted from the individual and group levels in organizations to help students understand the phenomena that occur between individuals and organizations in organizations, such as decisions, cognition, emotions, learning, motivation and decision-making at the individual psychological level; attitude changes at the social psychological level, group decision-making processes, conflicts and communication, etc. I hope this course can help students understand the organization in which you exist, and may also help you better adapt to modern organizational life.
