組織行為(OB)是研究個人、團體、及組織結構,對於組織成員行為所產生的集體影響。本課程之目的,係希望透過這些之事,提高公、私、非營利組織整體效能。組織行為中之激勵、凝聚力、對於組織的人力資源管理、與工作滿足感均有重大影響。如何尋求個人組織生活與目標之平衡,促進組織目標的達成,是經理人的重大挑戰。本課程的目標,係以經理人的角度出發,探討個人、團體、與組織結構三層面的各種議題。Organizational Behavior (OB) is a collective impact of studying individuals, groups, and organizational structures on organizational member behavior. The purpose of this course is to use these things to improve the overall effectiveness of public, private and non-profit organizations. The motivation, cohesion and sense of work satisfaction in organizational behavior all have a significant impact on organizational human resource management and sense of satisfaction. How to balance personal organization life and goals and promote the achievement of organizational goals is a major challenge for managers. The purpose of this course is developed from the perspective of a manager, and explores various issues on three levels: individual, group, and organizational structure.
組織以及組織內的行為現象隨時環繞在我們日常生活周遭,本課程主要介紹「組織行為」的相關理論與內容。本課程將系統地從組織中之個體和團體兩個層次進行,幫助同學了解組織中個人與組織之間所產生的現象,例如個人心理層面的之決、認知、情感、學習、激勵與決策;社會心理層面的態度改變、團體決策過程、衝突與溝通等。希望這門課可以協助同學們認識你所存在的組織,也可能幫助你更能適應現代組織生活。
The organization and the behavior phenomena within the organization are always around our daily lives. This course mainly introduces the relevant theories and contents of "organization behavior". This course will be conducted systematically from two levels of individual and group in the organization to help students understand the phenomena generated by individuals and groups in the organization, such as decisions, awareness, emotions, learning, motivation and decisions on the personal psychological level; changes in the social psychological level, group decision process, conflicts and communication, etc. I hope this course can help students understand the organization you exist, and may also help you better adapt to modern organizational life.
