課程目標
本課程希望提供學生認識我國現行法律體系並介紹重要法律基本原則。期供學生對於政治人未來職業發展及政治參與的可能與認識。

課程的內容：
讓學生瞭解法律的運作原則，例如中央法規標準法、法律的適用、法律的解釋、立法的程序、法律訴訟的程序等
讓學生瞭解法學知識的內涵，例如法律原則跟規則的關係、法制釋義學跟法制史、法社會學、法理論間的關係
作為法律人他的可能發展、出路與限制（國家考試與其他職業生涯的可能發展）

Course objectives
This course hopes to provide students with an understanding of my country's current legal system and introduce important basic legal principles. It is intended to provide students with the possibility and understanding of future career development and political participation of politicians.

Course content:
Let students understand the operating principles of law, such as the Central Regulations and Standards Act, application of law, interpretation of law, legislative procedures, legal proceedings, etc.
Let students understand the connotation of legal knowledge, such as the relationship between legal principles and rules, the relationship between legal hermeneutics and legal history, legal sociology, and legal theory
His possible development, outlets and limitations as a legal person (possible development in national examinations and other professional careers)

政治乃管理眾人之事，身為一個政治人必須關心瞭解與眾人生活息息相關的法律規定。本課程除了介紹法學之基礎理論外，也引用實務上之案例闡釋，如最高法院之判例、司法院解釋、最高法院決議等。使同學能在理論和實務間有具體而深刻的理解。
