One of the visions of this course is to gradually change the mentality of school students in taking courses and establish a positive learning attitude of seeking knowledge. Discuss how the thinking style of the economics major should be used in personal career planning, especially how to use economic rational thinking to make wise decisions when facing many challenges in life and career.

This course will explore the application of the theories learned in school through various cases of problems, opportunities, and challenges in life and the workplace; at the same time, it will guide students to establish an organized way of thinking and a responsible temperament; and further establish a mentoring relationship between graduating seniors and current students to prepare themselves to meet the challenges of future life.

In addition to discussing the topics listed in the textbook every week in class, group discussion topics are provided according to the course themes, and students discuss how to deal with them in groups to cultivate professional accomplishments in team thinking and personal responsibility.

Each semester, several graduate departments/alumni will be invited to serve as special speakers. They will describe in detail the course theme of the week in class and analyze the essence of workplace experience. It enables graduates/alumni to convey the wisdom of career development and career planning through the sharing of personal experiences and talents; and thereby establishes connections and establishes a vertical navigation relationship for graduates.
