Market economy is operated by organizations. Family, profit-making enterprises, non-profit industries, governments, markets, etc. are all organizations. This course focuses on explaining two major organizations, private enterprises and non-profit businesses. Through this course, students can understand: 1. The quality of various organizations. 2. How organizations conduct economic governance through contracts. 3. Various existing economic organizational models. 4. Design principles of organizational structure. 5.
