台灣社會隨著民間力量以及第三部門的興起,吸引著我們透過諸如社會企業、宗教慈善、志願服務、私人捐贈…等等各種型式,投入推動公益慈善的工作。它為我們社會帶來了一股清新、活潑的生命力。然而,這股令人引以為傲的暖流,它的理念是什麼、跨學科的知識和技術又要如何整合與應用…等等,非常值得我們進一步關切。
本課程是這項系列課程的開端。我們將邀請院內30名、各系高年級學生(大三、四)及碩士生前來修課。參訪、討論、與實作是這門課的重點。在部份主題中,我們還會邀請產業界實務工作人員加入討論。期望透過混同學習、增加學生背景多元性的安排,能夠在互動過程中,強化理論討論與具體實作的深度與廣度。
經由這些安排,在課程目標上,我們除了希望鋪墊具體社會問題脈絡、整合學生投入公益慈善與社會服務過程中所須跨域知識和問題解決能力,以便提高日後進入實踐場域「即戰力」。
With the rise of the people's forces and the third door, Taiwan's society has attracted us to promote public welfare and charity through various types such as social enterprises, religious charity, volunteer services, private donations, etc. It brings a fresh and lively vitality to our society. However, this proud warm current is very worthy of our further concern. What is its philosophy, how to integrate and apply knowledge and technology across science and technology...
This course is the beginning of this series of courses. We will invite 30 senior students (years and fourth years) and cadets from all departments to take the course. Visiting, discussing, and doing are the key points of this course. In some topics, we also invite industry practical staff to join the discussion. It is expected that through the arrangement of confounding learning and increasing the diversity of students' backgrounds, we can strengthen the depth and diversity of theoretical discussions and specific practices in the interactive process.
With these arrangements, in terms of course goals, we hope to integrate students' cross-domain knowledge and problem solving capabilities in public welfare, charity and social services in order to improve the "immediate battle" of entering the realm field in the future.
