讓修習本課程的學生在上完本課程後，能對不動產相關範疇有一基本之認識，以利於在未來相關領域之應用。

本課程主要內容包括：（1）認識不動產：介紹不動產之定義、不動產之特性、不動產種類及不動產權力，（2）不動產權屬管理：介紹台灣的不動產所有權狀、謄本等及認識台灣的地政事務所業務，（3）不動產開發與使用管理：介紹不動產之建築開發、都市計畫與土地使用分區管制之規範，（4）不動產融資管理：介紹不動產相關貸款內容，（5）不動產投資管理：介紹如何評估不動產投資及分散投資風險，（6）不動產稅務管理：介紹不動產相關稅法，（7）其他相關議題：介紹不動產估價、不動產證券化、不動產相關法規等。

Students who take this course will be able to have a basic understanding of real estate-related fields after completing this course, so as to facilitate their application in related fields in the future.

The main contents of this course include: (1) Understanding real estate: introducing the definition of real estate, characteristics of real estate, types of real estate and real estate rights; (2) Real estate ownership management: introducing Taiwan’s real estate ownership certificates, transcripts, etc. and understanding Taiwan’s land office business; (3) Real estate development and use management: introducing real estate construction development, urban planning and land use Standards for land use zoning control, (4) Real estate financing management: introduces the contents of real estate-related loans, (5) Real estate investment management: introduces how to evaluate real estate investment and diversify investment risks, (6) Real estate tax management: introduces real estate-related tax laws, (7) Other related topics: introduces real estate valuation, real estate securitization, real estate-related regulations, etc.
