本課程透過數位經營模式、商務網站系統設計與規劃、數位行銷工具之介紹及全球運籌管理之物流運輸管理，使修課學生對數位經濟的發展有基礎認識，進一步藉由互動、分享、探索，從事學習與創作，引導學生實作數位創業並教導學生撰寫營運計劃書、籌備資金、設立公司、建置組織架構、設置內控，瞭解如何設置會計帳簿及正確的稅務知識。
