志工培力課程希望經由學生自發性參與、自主性管理，依志趣相投結合而達團隊組織共學教育目的，本學期共學教育課程『企業社會責任與志工培力訓練』屬於與系友運作結合的志工培力性質。本課程包含企業社會責任觀念介紹及志工培力訓練講習，讓學生具備基本觀念及能力後，選擇自己有興趣的調查對象或議題，透過自由分組與團隊合作、參與相關活動，做中學以強化學習效果。除授課教師外，亦有本系志工導師參與。藉由系友服務機構從事之企業社會責任相關活動與系友自身經驗之分享，使同學建立服務利他的價值觀，並引領學生學習志願服務管理領域。
本課程的目標在幫助學生：
1. 協助學生瞭解企業社會責任概念。
2. 幫助學生瞭解公共服務之組織管理的重要性
3、使學生建立服務利他的價值觀。
4、培養學生溝通技巧。
5、幫助學生瞭解畢業工作選擇，增進與畢業系友情誼。

The volunteer training course hopes to achieve the purpose of joint learning through team organization through students' spontaneous participation, independent management, and combination of like-minded interests. This semester's shared education course "Corporate Social Responsibility and Volunteer Training" is of a volunteer training nature that is combined with the operation of department friends. This course includes an introduction to the concept of corporate social responsibility and a training session for volunteer training. After students have acquired basic concepts and abilities, they can choose research objects or topics of interest to them, and learn by doing through free grouping and teamwork, participating in related activities, and learning by doing. In addition to lecturers, volunteer tutors from the department also participate. Through the sharing of corporate social responsibility-related activities carried out by departmental service organizations and the sharing of the departmental friends’ own experiences, students can establish the value of altruistic service and lead students to learn the field of volunteer service management.
The goal of this course is to help students:
1. Help students understand the concept of corporate social responsibility.
2. Help students understand the importance of organizational management in public services
3. Enable students to establish the value of serving and altruistically.
4. Develop students’ communication skills.
5. Help students understand graduate job options and enhance friendship with graduate departments.

鑒於志工團隊之組織經營以及志工管理能量的提昇，是有效志願服務行動的關鍵，與企業結合之志工團隊能大幅提升志願服務行動能量與範疇。而能將社會責任深化企業之中則有賴持續之人心教化，特別是在初次接觸商管專業教育時期尤為重要。本課程屬於與系友運作結合的志工培力性質，擬依參與成員志趣規劃，施以學生基礎暨特殊教育訓練，藉由系友服務機構從事之企業社會責任相關活動與系友自身經驗之分享，使同學建立服務利他的價值觀，進而引領學生學習志願服務管理領域，以提供日後企業落實社會責任的支持與後盾。

In view of the fact that the organization and operation of volunteer teams and the improvement of volunteer management capabilities are the key to effective volunteer service actions, volunteer teams integrated with enterprises can greatly enhance the energy and scope of volunteer service actions. The ability to deepen social responsibility into an enterprise depends on continuous human education, which is especially important during the period of first contact with professional business education. This course is a volunteer training course that is combined with the operation of department friends. It is planned to provide students with basic and special education training based on the interests of participating members. Through the sharing of corporate social responsibility-related activities conducted by department service organizations and the experience of department friends, students can establish the value of altruistic service, and then lead students to learn the field of volunteer service management to provide support and backing for companies to implement social responsibilities in the future.
