志工培力課程希望經由學生自發性參與、自主性管理，依志趣相投結合而達團隊組織共學教育目的，本學期共學教育課程『企業社會責任與志工培力訓練』屬於與系友運作結合的志工培力性質。本課程包含企業社會責任觀念介紹及志工培力訓練講習，讓學生具備基本觀念及能力後，選擇自己有興趣的調查對象或議題，透過自由分組與團隊合作、參與相關活動，做中學以強化學習效果。除授課教師外，亦有本系志工導師參與。藉由系友服務機構從事之企業社會責任相關活動與系友自身經驗之分享，使同學建立服務利他的價值觀，並引領學生學習志願服務管理領域。
本課程的目標在幫助學生：
1. 協助學生瞭解企業社會責任概念。
2. 幫助學生瞭解公共服務之組織管理的重要性
3、使學生建立服務利他的價值觀。
4、培養學生溝通技巧。
5、幫助學生瞭解畢業工作選擇，增進與畢業系友情誼。

The volunteer training course hopes that students will participate in and manage independently, and achieve the purpose of team-based education based on similar interests. The "Enterprise Social Responsibility and Volunteer Training" during this period is based on the volunteer training nature that combines with friends. This course includes introductions of corporate social responsibility concepts and volunteer training lectures. After students have basic concepts and abilities, they can choose their interested survey objects or questions, and learn through free division and team cooperation and participation in related activities to enhance learning effects. In addition to teaching teachers, volunteers from this department also participated. Through the corporate social responsibility-related activities undertaken by the departing service organization and the departing experience, students can establish a value-added service and lead students to learn aspirational service management field.
The purpose of this course is to help students:
1. Help students understand the concept of corporate social responsibility.
2. Help students understand the importance of organizational management of public services
3. Enable students to establish value and value for serving altruistic services.
4. Cultivate students' communication skills.
5. Help students understand the graduation work selection and improve friendship with graduation.

鑒於志工團隊之組織經營以及志工管理能量的提昇，是有效志願服務行動的關鍵，與企業結合之志工團隊能大幅提升志願服務行動能量與範疇。而能將社會責任深化企業之中則有賴持續之人心教化，特別是在初次接觸商管專業教育時期尤為重要。本課程屬於與系友運作結合的志工培力性質，擬依參與成員志趣規劃，施以學生基礎暨特殊教育訓練，藉由系友服務機構從事之企業社會責任相關活動與系友自身經驗之分享，使同學建立服務利他的價值觀，進而引領學生學習志願服務管理領域，以提供日後企業落實社會責任的支持與後盾。

The organizational operation of volunteer teams and the improvement of volunteer management energy are the key to effective volunteer service activities. Volunteer teams combined with enterprises can greatly improve the energy and scope of volunteer service activities. It is especially important to deepen social responsibility in enterprises to educate people who are willing to continue to educate people in their hearts, especially when they first come into contact with professional business management education. This course is a volunteer training that combines with departs. It is based on the participation of the members' interest planning, and provides student foundation and special education training.
