本課程期藉由系統思考基本工具—系統基模的學習，輔以實務個案的研究，幫助學習者能瞭解何謂系統思考及應用於管理之相關議題，進一步幫助學習者培養更人性化的組織管理及以系統思考的思維來處理組織內外部相關課題，使之能更全面思考問題及有效制定管理政策。This course uses the learning of the basic system thinking tool - the basic model of the system, and uses practical case research to help learners understand what system thinking and related issues are applied to management, and further help learners cultivate more humane organizational management and handle related issues within and outside the organization through system thinking, so that they can think more comprehensively about problems and effectively formulate management policies.
