本課程目標藉由授課，實務實例說明，個案討論，情境模擬與專題報告的綜合學習方式，加強同學對創業經營實務統整學習了解，並深入了解新創企業各功能別如何互動運作。此外，對於企業內溝通能力與技巧，加強以實例增進學習效果。有鑑於科技資訊系統對創業經營的重要性，本課程將以國際知名跨國半導體業資訊系統為例協助同學了解如何透過資訊系統提升經營效能。根據以上的學習，課程設計以小組選擇創業計畫撰寫創業計畫書並且上台口頭報告。經營實務講授最後則將同學依企業功能別分組模擬企業運作實務，並加強企業倫理與公司治理的正確觀念，為日後創業經營或就業做好準備。

The goal of this course is to enhance students' integrated learning and understanding of entrepreneurial management practices through a comprehensive learning method of lectures, practical examples, case discussions, situation simulations and special reports, and to gain an in-depth understanding of how the various functional categories of new ventures interact with each other. In addition, regarding communication abilities and skills within the enterprise, examples are used to enhance the learning effect. In view of the importance of technological information systems to entrepreneurial operations, this course will use the internationally renowned multinational semiconductor industry information system as an example to help students understand how to improve business efficiency through information systems. Based on the above learning, the course is designed to allow groups to choose a business plan, write a business plan, and give an oral report on stage. At the end of the business practice lecture, students will be divided into groups according to business functions to simulate business operations and strengthen the correct concepts of corporate ethics and corporate governance to prepare for future entrepreneurial operations or employment.
