教育目標 Course Target
本課程說明基礎半導體元件如，pn接面、雙載子電晶體、金氧半場效電晶體的基本原理及運作過程，同時併補充積體電路之技術製程。
This course describes the basic principles and operation process of basic semiconductor components such as pn junction, dual-loader transistor, and gold-oxygen semiconductor field-effect transistor, and at the same time combines the technical process of replenishing the overall circuit.
