教育目標 Course Target
學習微生物實驗方法，包括操作技術與觀念，使未來能靈活運用這些觀念與方法於相關產學領域，如生態保育、臨床醫學、遺傳工程、分子生物學或甚至是跨學科的範疇。內容有微生物的分離、培養、控制、保存，形態與生理生化特性之測定、描述，和食品或環境中微生物的多樣性與分類學的專題研究。
Learn microbial experiment methods, including operational techniques and concepts, to enable future use of these concepts and methods in related fields such as bio-conservation, clinical medicine, transitive engineering, molecular biology or even interdisciplinary scope. The content includes the separation, cultivation, control and preservation of microorganisms, the determination and description of physical and physiological and biochemical characteristics, and the research on the diversity and classification of microorganisms in food or environment.
