本課程將以遺傳工程實驗原理,配合以實驗方法與結果分析,來表示遺傳工程的基本觀念,以分組學習及討論方式,並期使大三大四學生了解如何以遺傳工程技術學來探討生物科學的本質。內容包含真核細胞中的基因表達,各類真核細胞載體,DNA RNA 分析方法,遺傳工程在醫學及疾病治療的應用等。This course will use the principles of transmission engineering practice, combined with the analysis of experimental methods and results to express the basic concepts of transmission engineering, and use learning and discussion methods to classify the third and fourth-year students to understand how to explore the essence of biological science through transmission engineering technology.
