教育目標 Course Target
※課程目標 (Course Objective)
1.自來,大學教育以分科分系來規畫學習知識的方式,早為有識之士憂慮學習領域過於精深化,而規劃通識課程期能發揮修補效能。
2.而受全球化影響所及,對跨領域知識的追求熱忱與運用能力,更迅速成為人人必備要件。
3.共時授課,是高等教育界為因應上述趨勢所創設,教師首須以身作則相互學習,併引導學生透過實作有效進行跨領域學習。
4.問題意識養成:
(A.)懷抱追求自由與平等的理想,從生活場域發掘阻礙理想的問題,藉著深層探索、詮釋、解決問題歷程,活用既有知識體系、繼續拓展知識廣度與深度,從而可望書寫成具有影響力的報導,朝改革社會的方向逐步邁進。
(B.)民以食為天。對飲食文化做觀察與思辯:(一)由充飢→色香味→物美價廉,是人們對飲食需求的發展,與台灣美食文化的形成簡要歷程。
(二)兼顧:色香味物美價廉的台灣普羅大眾餐飲價值觀,而所付出的代價是甚麼?
■ 課程內涵 (Course Contents)
1.飲食文化是生活的整體表現。經由對飲食的集體態度與習性做觀察、探索、省思、辯證,期以發掘問題,改善問題,讓生活更臻理想之境。
2.本課程在「共時授課」的架構之下,學生可以獲得報導書寫與飲食文化二個領域的學習資源。
3.交叉討論有助學習廣度:積極引導同學加入與:業師+餐旅系、文學系教師作對話,將可獲致的教學效果。
4.田野觀察與思辯:作深層結構的探索的過程,驗證既有知識體系。
5.將上述過程,練習書寫成報導故事,發揮影響力。
※Course Objective
1. Since ancient times, university education has been divided into subjects and departments to plan the way of learning knowledge. For a long time, knowledgeable people have worried that the field of study is too intensive, and planning general education courses can play a repairing role.
2. Due to the influence of globalization, enthusiasm for the pursuit of cross-field knowledge and the ability to apply it have rapidly become a must-have for everyone.
3. Co-teaching was created by the higher education sector in response to the above-mentioned trends. Teachers must first learn from each other by example and guide students to effectively conduct cross-field learning through practice.
4. Develop problem awareness:
(A.) Embracing the pursuit of the ideals of freedom and equality, discovering problems that hinder ideals from the field of life, through in-depth exploration, interpretation, and problem-solving processes, making use of the existing knowledge system, and continuing to expand the breadth and depth of knowledge, it is expected to write influential reports and gradually move towards reforming society.
(B.) Food is the most important thing for people. Observation and speculation on food culture: (1) From satisfying hunger to color, fragrance, and good quality at low price, it is the development of people’s demand for food and the brief process of the formation of Taiwan’s food culture.
(2) Taking both into account: Taiwan’s general public’s dining values of color, fragrance, good quality and low price, but what is the price paid?
■ Course Contents
1. Food culture is the overall expression of life. Through observation, exploration, reflection, and dialectics of collective attitudes and habits about eating, we hope to discover problems, improve them, and make life more ideal.
2. Under the "co-taught" structure of this course, students can obtain learning resources in the two fields of report writing and food culture.
3. Cross-discussion helps the breadth of learning: Actively guide students to join in the dialogue with: industry teachers + teachers from the Department of Hospitality and Tourism, and the Department of Literature, which will achieve the best teaching effect.
4. Field observation and reasoning: the process of exploring deep structures and verifying the existing knowledge system.
5. Write the above process and practice into a report story to exert influence.
