教育目標 Course Target
本課程之教學目標在於講授憲法之基本概念、包含憲法基本價值、人權概念、國家統治機關、違憲審查制度、培養學生之近代憲法觀。思考人權與國家統治機構運作組織方式及相互之制衡。
The teaching objectives of this course are to teach the basic concepts of law, including the basic value of law, the concept of human rights, the national governance mechanism, the system of violations, and the modern law concept of training students. Think about the organizational methods of human rights and the operation of national governance institutions and their mutual checks and balances.

先瞭解中華民國憲法的發生背景、意義及其在法律上的地位，再認識什麼是「法律母法」。
First understand the background, meaning and legal status of the Republic of China law, and then understand what the "maternal law of law" is.
