教育目標 Course Target
依照「照顧實務」、「品質管理實務」等經驗，討論個案照護與評估、品質指標改善計畫及長期照顧機構評鑑等，並透過倫理與道德的自省與思辨能力的實踐，促進長期照護服務提供者的批判性思考能力及不斷地自我反思
According to experiences such as "care practice" and "quality management practice", discuss case care and evaluation, quality indicator improvement planning and long-term care organization evaluation, and promote the critical thinking ability and constant self-reflection of long-term care service providers through ethics and moral self-reflection and thinking ability.
