教育目標 Course Target
■ 課程目標 (Course Objectives)
討論健身運動心理學基礎,將理論、研究、應用與介入共同交織,使得理論與模式可應用到實際的用途健身之情境或專業中。本課程為基礎課程,培養學生進一步探索及學習專業領域之其他課程。
■ 課程內涵 (Course Contents)
本課程由兩位教師分別授課。第一部份是回顧身體活動的生理心理社會影響,並討論近代重要的相關研究。整體內容包括身體活動與認知功能與情緒調節的關係、健身運動對自尊、壓力、焦慮、憂鬱、以及情緒性福祉的影響。此外,亦著重於社會影響、身體意象,以及健康相關生活品質的研究議題、身體活動如何影響我們的健康、思考與情緒,以及健身運動如何改善憂鬱、解緩焦慮、抗壓、逆老化。
第二部分是探討身體活動、疾病、動機、自覺運動強度、自我概念與自覺運動強度與健身運動的相關研究,並瞭解健身運動的負面效應,以及如何了解如何提升運動的堅持性與動機策略,以便未來從業的應用。
■Course Objectives
Discuss the basics of fitness and sports psychology, intertwining theory, research, application and intervention, so that theories and models can be applied to practical fitness situations or professions. This course is a basic course to train students to further explore and learn other courses in professional fields.
■ Course Contents
This course is taught by two teachers. The first part reviews the physiological, psychological and social effects of physical activity and discusses important recent relevant research. The overall content includes the relationship between physical activity, cognitive function and emotional regulation, and the impact of fitness exercise on self-esteem, stress, anxiety, depression, and emotional well-being. In addition, it also focuses on research issues on social influence, body image, and health-related quality of life, how physical activity affects our health, thinking, and emotions, and how fitness exercises can improve depression, relieve anxiety, resist stress, and reverse aging.
The second part explores the related research on physical activity, disease, motivation, perceived exercise intensity, self-concept, perceived exercise intensity and fitness exercise, and understands the negative effects of fitness exercise, as well as how to understand how to improve exercise persistence and motivation strategies for future application in the industry.
