■ 課程目標 (Course Objectives)
討論健身運動心理學基礎,將理論、研究、應用與介入共同交織,使得理論與模式可應用到實際的用途健身之情境或專業中。本課程為基礎課程,培養學生進一步探索及學習專業領域之其他課程。
■ 課程內涵 (Course Contents)
本課程由兩位教師分別授課。第一部份是回顧身體活動的生理心理社會影響,並討論近代重要的相關研究。整體內容包括身體活動與認知功能與情緒調節的關係、健身運動對自尊、壓力、焦慮、憂鬱、以及情緒性福祉的影響。此外,亦著重於社會影響、身體意象,以及健康相關生活品質的研究議題、身體活動如何影響我們的健康、思考與情緒,以及健身運動如何改善憂鬱、解緩焦慮、抗壓、逆老化。
第二部分是探討身體活動、疾病、動機、自覺運動強度、自我概念與自覺運動強度與健身運動的相關研究,並瞭解健身運動的負面效應,以及如何了解如何提升運動的堅持性與動機策略,以便未來從業的應用。
■ Course objectives
Discuss the foundation of fitness exercise psychology, and jointly interweave theoretical, research, application and intervention, so that theory and models can be applied to actual use fitness situations or professionalism. This course is the basic course to train students to further explore and study other courses in the field of professional fields.
■ Course Contents
This course is taught by two teachers. The first part is to review the physiological and psychological and social impact of physical activity, and discuss important research in modern times. The overall content includes the relationship between physical activity and cognitive function and emotional regulation, the effects of fitness exercise on self -esteem, stress, anxiety, melancholy, and emotional well -being. In addition, it also focuses on the research issues of social influence, physical images, and the quality of health -related life, how physical activity affects our health, thinking and emotions, and how fitness exercise can improve depression, relieve anxiety, resistance, and aging.
The second part is to explore the research on physical activity, disease, motivation, conscious exercise intensity, self -concept and conscious exercise intensity and fitness exercise, and understand the negative effects of fitness exercise, and how to understand how to improve the persistence and motivation strategy of exercise. In order to apply in the future.
