本課程之目標，係探討醫療法律制度之核心問題。本課程之內容，包含民法、刑法、醫療法、醫師法、安寧緩和醫療條例、病人自主權利法與其他相關法律之醫事法律問題。The goal of this course is to explore the core issues of the medical legal system.
