Basic Problem of Medical Law
教育目標 Course Target
本課程之目標，係探討醫療法律制度之核心問題。本課程之內容，包含民法、刑法、醫療法、醫師法、安寧緩和醫療條例、病人自主權利法與其他相關法律之醫事法律問題。
The goal of this course is to explore the core issues of the medical legal system. The contents of this course include medical legal issues regarding civil law, criminal law, medical law, medical law, peace and medical regulations, patient autonomy law and other related laws.
