促進兩岸國際私法理論與實務運用上之交流，因此將大陸目前國際私法的近況及未來的發展趨勢濃縮介紹，以進一步比較兩岸法學間的異同處。近年來兩岸國際私法在交流上亦趨頻繁，故開此課程提供有興趣的臺灣學生了解兩岸國際私法。課程內涵包括討論國際案例，讓學生提出對兩岸國際私法案件之看法。透過與大陸學者的討論強化選修同學對大陸國際私法的認識。

To promote cross-Strait exchanges in the theory and practical application of private international law, the current status and future development trends of mainland international private law will be condensed and introduced to further compare the similarities and differences between cross-Strait jurisprudence. In recent years, cross-Strait private international law exchanges have become more frequent, so this course is offered to provide interested Taiwanese students with an understanding of cross-Strait private international law. The content of the course includes discussing international cases and allowing students to express their views on cross-strait international private law cases. Strengthen elective students’ understanding of mainland private international law through discussions with mainland scholars.
