Introduction to Legal Writing
教育目標 Course Target
本課程目標有以下三點：
1. 學習正確撰寫論文格式
2. 學習組織論文架構
3. 學習尊重學術倫理一、教授修課學生如何進行撰寫不同之法學專業論文時所應該有的認知、格式、以及組織的方法。
二、透過研討與習作，讓修課學生理解如何以不同的法學方法論辯證主題。
三、強化修課學生對於著作權以及塑造學生學術倫理尊重的價值觀。
The objectives of this course are as follows:
1. Learn the correct format for writing essays
2. Learn to organize the paper structure
3. Learn to respect academic ethics 1. Teach course students how to understand, format, and organize methods when writing papers in different legal disciplines.
2. Through discussions and exercises, students will understand how to use different legal methodologies to discuss dialectical themes.
3. Strengthen students’ values regarding copyright and shape students’ respect for academic ethics.
