Introduction to Legal Writing
教育目標 Course Target
本課程目標有以下三點：
1. 學習正確撰寫論文格式
2. 學習組織論文架構
3. 學習尊重學術倫理一、教授修課學生如何進行撰寫不同之法學專業論文時所應該有的認知、格式、以及組織的方法。
二、透過研討與習作，讓修課學生理解如何以不同的法學方法論辯證主題。
三、強化修課學生對於著作權以及塑造學生學術倫理尊重的價值觀。
The purpose of this course is as follows:
1. Learn the correct writing format
2. Learn the structure of organizational essays
3. Learn to respect academic ethics 1. Teach students how to write different professional legal essays that should have knowledge, format, and organizational methods.
2. Through discussion and practice, students in the course understand how to use different legal methods to explain topics.
3. Strengthen the value of students in the course for copyright and shaping students' academic ethics and respect.
