教育目標 Course Target
本課程之教學目標在於讓學生了解日本法律文章之基本結構、用語，以期能進一步閲覧日文法律文獻。課程之主要內容在於介紹日本法律文章之基本構造與用語，並以相關文獻或具體事件，作為課堂討論的主題。
The teaching objective of this course is to enable students to understand the basic structure and language of Japanese legal articles, so as to further understand the Japanese legal documents. The main content of the course is to introduce the basic structure and language of Japanese legal articles, and to use related documents or specific events as the topic of class discussion.

指導同學閱讀日文法學論文或判例，提高日文法學能力為主要目的。
