教育目標 Course Target

本課程首先介紹 各種常採用的設計方法與決策手段,並輔以實例說明,最終提出多項產業案例,進行討論與決策的開發。內容包括: 1. 介紹工業設計方法論。 2. 多準則決策理論與設計方法應用(Multi-criteria decision making)。 3. 階層分析法 (Analytic Hierarchy Process)。 4. 灰色系統中灰預測與灰關聯方法(Grey Theory) 6. 品質機能展開 (Quality Function Deployment)。 7. 破壞模式與失效分析(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)。 8. 計畫評核術(PERT)。 9. TRIZ與創新設計法則。 10. 模糊與類神經網路應用。 11. 實驗設計法(Taguchi method) (Design of Experiment)。 12. 逆向設計與快速原型產品開發。 This course first introduces various design methods and decision -making methods, supplemented by example descriptions, and finally proposed a number of industrial cases to discuss and decide on development. The content includes: 1. Introduce industrial design methodology. 2. Multi-standard decision theory and design method application (Multi-Criteria Decision Making). 3. Analytic Hierarchy Process. 4. Grey theory in gray system (GREY Theory) 6. Quality function deployment. 7. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis. 8. Planning Evaluation Nuclear (PERT). 9. Triz and innovative design rules. 10. Fluggish and neural network applications. 11. Taguchi Method (Design of Experiment). 12. Development of reverse design and fast prototype products.
