一、本課以台灣美術史為基礎，從1990年代（解嚴）為切分點，將台灣美術史中相關議題以專題形式拉出，逐一做美學和史觀之解析。
二、課程內容之論述主軸，基本以台灣當代藝術之事件與內容為經、世界華人藝術之思考與立場為緯，縱橫出台灣當代藝術所應有之判讀，逐一做美學和史觀之解析。
三、課程後半段提供學生實習與演練之機，通過自提研究主題、期末口語報告，以及期末書面論述之教學模式，磨練學生研究方法和藝術史觀之建立。I. This lesson is based on the history of Taiwan's art.
