高齡人口的增加是全球化的趨勢，同時也帶多諸多新的挑戰，諸如高齡人口自身會受到慢性及定與功能障礙的影響，其健康狀況與社會性功能都日益衰退，如何在社會政策、醫療照顧體系、福利服務輸送系統，甚至是環境面向的調整，進而協助高齡人口能更妥善的因應老化的影響，就是重要的課題。對此，我國近年正積極建立更完善的相關高齡人口照顧與長期照顧體系。本課程從理論出發，對照當前國內外的高齡照顧發展趨勢，對長期照顧理念、現況與未來發展進行探索，並協助學生瞭解長期照顧中的相關主要利害關係人，我國現行的各式長照相關制度與服務，對日後從事高齡研究或投入長期照顧服務能有更好的準備。The increase in the elderly population is a trend of globalization, and there are also many new challenges, such as the elderly population itself will be affected by chronic and fixed and functional disorders. Its health and social functions are declining. The medical care system, welfare service transportation system, and even the environmental -oriented adjustment, which to help the elderly population can more properly respond to the influence of aging, which is an important issue. In this regard, in recent years, my country is actively establishing a more complete systematic care and long -term care system. Starting from theory, this course is based on the current trend of career development at home and abroad, explores long -term care concepts, current conditions and future development, and assist students to understand the relevant major stakeholders in long -term care. Systems and services can be better prepared for future age research or investment long -term care services.
