高齡人口的增加是全球化的趨勢,同時也帶多諸多新的挑戰,諸如高齡人口自身會受到慢性及定與功能障礙的影響,其健康狀況與社會性功能都日益衰退,如何在社會政策、醫療照顧體系、福利服務輸送系統,甚至是環境面向的調整,進而協助高齡人口能更妥善的因應老化的影響,就是重要的課題。對此,我國近年正積極建立更完善的相關高齡人口照顧與長期照顧體系。本課程從理論出發,對照當前國內外的高齡照顧發展趨勢,對長期照顧理念、現況與未來發展進行探索,並協助學生瞭解長期照顧中的相關主要利害關係人,我國現行的各式長照相關制度與服務,對日後從事高齡研究或投入長期照顧服務能有更好的準備。The increase in the population of high aged is a trend of globalization, and it also brings many new challenges. For example, the population of high aged itself will be affected by chronic and dysfunction, and its health status and social sexual function are declining. How to adjust social policies, medical care systems, welfare service delivery systems, and even environmentally-oriented adjustments to help high aged populations more properly respond to the impact of aging is an important topic. In this regard, our country is actively establishing a more complete system of related high-grade population care and long-term care in recent years. This course is based on theoretical research, and in accordance with the current trends of high-age care development at home and abroad, explores long-term care concepts, current situations and future developments, and helps students understand the relevant major stakeholders in long-term care. The various long-term care related systems and services currently in our country can have better preparations for future research or investment in long-term care services.
