教育目標 Course Target
高齡人口的增加是全球化的趨勢,同時也帶多諸多新的挑戰,諸如高齡人口自身會受到慢性及定與功能障礙的影響,其健康狀況與社會性功能都日益衰退,如何在社會政策、醫療照顧體系、福利服務輸送系統,甚至是環境面向的調整,進而協助高齡人口能更妥善的因應老化的影響,就是重要的課題。對此,我國近年正積極建立更完善的相關高齡人口照顧與長期照顧體系。本課程從理論出發,對照當前國內外的高齡照顧發展趨勢,對長期照顧理念、現況與未來發展進行探索,並協助學生瞭解長期照顧中的相關主要利害關係人,我國現行的各式長照相關制度與服務,對日後從事高齡研究或投入長期照顧服務能有更好的準備。
The increase in the elderly population is a trend of globalization, and it also brings many new challenges. For example, the elderly population itself will be affected by chronic and chronic dysfunction, and its health status and social functions are increasingly declining. How to adjust social policies, medical care systems, welfare service delivery systems, and even the environment to help the elderly population better cope with the effects of aging is an important issue. In this regard, our country has been actively establishing a more complete care and long-term care system for the elderly population in recent years. This course starts from theory and compares the current development trends of elderly care at home and abroad to explore the concept, current situation and future development of long-term care. It also helps students understand the relevant main stakeholders in long-term care and the various long-term care-related systems and services currently in my country. This course can better prepare them for engaging in elderly research or investing in long-term care services in the future.
