教育目標 Course Target

本課程係「社會福利政策研究」之進階安排,希望在前述基礎上,增進博班學生從事社會政策分析方法掌握、批判思考、論述分析能力,促使學習者能夠辨識、省察政策過程中所觸及諸如政治脈絡、政策目標、政策問題、政策工具等各面向中的重要議題。並成為反思社會工作者、社會工作專業價值、與在地脈絡。 This course is the advanced arrangement of the "Social Welfare Policy Research". It is hoped that on the basis of the aforementioned basis, enhance the ability of students to engage in social policy analysis methods, criticize thinking, discuss the analysis ability, and promote learners to recognize and touch the provincial inspection policy process. Important issues such as political context, policy goals, policy issues, and policy tools. And become the value of social workers, social work, and the veins in the ground.


課程概述 Course Description

社會政策是政府落實福國利民的基本框架,然而如果從「政策」的面向來說,政府的為與不為皆可視政策, 也因此,究竟那些「內容或策略」是政府表明欲為,那些是隱而未言,是本課程的第一個欲理解議題。 其次,本課接續想探討的是,在為與不為間的擇選理據與哲學基礎為何。最後,本課程想瞭解的是, 不同的選擇下所造成的實然與應然的後果及其影響為何。本課程期待透過, 政治的、社會的、歷史的及經濟的分析角度來理解,社會政策(特別臺灣)目前的特徵與挑戰,及未來可能的發展方向。
Social policy is the basic framework of the government's implementation of the blessing of the country and the people. Because of this, those "content or strategies" are the government's desire to do, those who are hidden, and are the first issues of understanding in this course. Secondly, what is going on in this lesson is what is the basis and philosophical foundation for the selection and philosophy. Finally, what I want to know about this course is, What are the consequences and impacts caused by different choices and the consequences and impacts. This course is looking forward to it, Political, social, historical, and economic analysis perspectives, the current characteristics and challenges of social policies (especially Taiwan), and the possible development direction in the future.
