The structure of this course is divided into two major sections. The first section highlights the foundations of business and management with the introduction in macroeconomics, international economics, business cycle, innovation, and the role of information technology. The other section focuses on several notable issues in financial management. This course will progress by the form of individual study and readings under the guidance of the instructor. The course materials will be distributed to the students who are required to make twice presentations and complete a term report based on the subjects we explore.
