教育目標 Course Target

本課程結合國內外戶外冒險課程設計與跑步修練、體適能訓練,根基於學習移轉理論與習慣領域學說,將跑步身心靈的訓練結合成一套系統化的課程,為東海大學EMBA最特色之行動領導課程,透過實際參與參與超越自我極限的訓練與組織領導過程(例如戈壁挑戰賽、馬拉松、山冠王挑戰賽與鐵人賽等),用腳步實踐理想,用行動挑戰自我的領導力培訓課程,培訓期望自我超越的EMBA主管學生,堅持夢想,不僅僅是個人的堅強意志力,更需要展現知易行難、改變自己,提升自我體適能力與堅定信念,進而透過團隊建立與合作,發揮領導能力,解決訓練與實際競賽所遭遇的困難與挑戰,進而感受領導的真諦並淬煉出團隊互助,培育兼具穩定與變革、效率與創新、專注與調適的雙元領袖能力,發展高階主管高效率執行、團隊合作的行動領導能力,體悟與實踐戈壁挑戰賽的理想、行動與堅持的精神,培養具備東海大學求真 篤信 力行的領導特質,激發學習者之行動創業力,開拓未來領袖事業之動能,從改變超越自我,進而改變企業文化,成就領袖企業。

This course combines domestic and foreign outdoor adventure course design with running practice and physical fitness training. Based on the learning transfer theory and habit domain theory, it combines running physical and mental training into a systematic course. It is the most distinctive action leadership course of Tunghai University EMBA. Through practical participation Participate in training and organizational leadership processes that exceed your own limits (such as the Gobi Challenge, Marathon, Mountain Crown Challenge and Ironman Race, etc.), practice your ideals with your steps, challenge yourself with actions, and train EMBA executive students who expect self-transcendence to persist in their dreams. It is not just personal strong willpower, but also the need to show what is easy to do but difficult to do, change oneself, improve self-fitness and firm belief, and then through team building and cooperation, exert leadership skills, solve difficulties and challenges encountered in training and actual competitions, and then feel the true meaning of leadership and temper it. To help each other as a team, cultivate dual leadership skills that combine stability and change, efficiency and innovation, focus and adjustment, develop the action leadership skills of high-level executives with efficient execution and teamwork, understand and practice the ideals of the Gobi Challenge, the spirit of action and perseverance, and cultivate the truth-seeking qualities of Tunghai University The leadership characteristics of firm belief and practice can inspire learners' entrepreneurial ability and develop the momentum for future leadership careers. They can transcend themselves through change, thereby changing corporate culture and becoming a leading company.
