本課程結合國內外戶外冒險課程設計與跑步修練、體適能訓練,根基於學習移轉理論與習慣領域學說,將跑步身心靈的訓練結合成一套系統化的課程,為東海大學EMBA最特色之行動領導課程,透過實際參與參與超越自我極限的訓練與組織領導過程(例如戈壁挑戰賽、馬拉松、山冠王挑戰賽與鐵人賽等),用腳步實踐理想,用行動挑戰自我的領導力培訓課程,培訓期望自我超越的EMBA主管學生,堅持夢想,不僅僅是個人的堅強意志力,更需要展現知易行難、改變自己,提升自我體適能力與堅定信念,進而透過團隊建立與合作,發揮領導能力,解決訓練與實際競賽所遭遇的困難與挑戰,進而感受領導的真諦並淬煉出團隊互助,培育兼具穩定與變革、效率與創新、專注與調適的雙元領袖能力,發展高階主管高效率執行、團隊合作的行動領導能力,體悟與實踐戈壁挑戰賽的理想、行動與堅持的精神,培養具備東海大學求真 篤信 力行的領導特質,激發學習者之行動創業力,開拓未來領袖事業之動能,從改變超越自我,進而改變企業文化,成就領袖企業。
