本課程著重於財務管理基本理論與實務的運用，並以分析架構、配合實例方式將財務管理應用於企業經營實務上，讓學生可以瞭解基本財務概念、以及如何執行投資、融資、營運資金管理等財務決策。

This course focuses on the application of basic financial management theory and practice, and applies financial management to corporate business practices through analyzing the structure and cooperating with practical examples, allowing students to understand basic financial concepts and how to implement financial decisions such as investment, financing, and operational fund management.

鑑於非商管科系學生之學術背景多限於理工農醫學科及一般基礎管理，在投資各種風險日益遽增及金融商品多樣化之環境下從事高層管理，恐嫌不足。本課程乃專為醫學科系專業人士設計，增進其對公司財務分析管理及金融市場之了解，使修習同學能為個人理財投資、公司財務規劃及管理做出明確的決策。

The academic background of non-business management students is mostly limited to science, engineering, agricultural and medical departments and general basic management. It is likely that high-level management is insufficient in the context of increasing investment risks and diversified financial commodities. This course is designed for medical professionals to improve their understanding of corporate financial analysis and management and financial markets, so that students can make clear decisions for personal financial investment, corporate financial planning and management.
