The purpose of this course is to introduce a framework of using financial statement data and show how to apply it in different business analysis, such as security analysis, credit analysis, merger and acquisition analysis, corporate financing policies analysis, and management communication analysis.

財務報表分析與企業評價為一門三學分，碩一必修之基礎課程，旨在幫助同學對以財務報表進行企業分析與評價架構有進一步的瞭解；協助學生學習如何透過企業成長、獲利等因子評估企業價值。學生藉由分析架構與個案研討可一窺財務報表資訊之用途與資本市場之關聯。本課程將以企業評價理論架構的順序為基礎，依序介紹：產業分析、會計分析、財務分析以及預測及評價，最後，將企業評價應用於資本市價、購併等活動。

Financial report analysis and enterprise evaluation are one-three points, and a compulsory basic course aimed at helping students to further understand the enterprise analysis and evaluation structure of financial reports; helping students learn how to evaluate corporate value through factors such as corporate growth and profit. Students can use financial report information to connect with the capital market through analytical structure and case discussion. This course will be based on the order of the enterprise evaluation theory structure and will introduce it in sequence: industry analysis, accounting analysis, financial analysis, forecasting and evaluation. Finally, enterprise evaluation will be applied to capital market, purchase and other activities.
