教育目標 Course Target
本課程在研討組織領導之主要課題及實務應用，透過理論架構及領導案例的導入，探討領導之模式與實務的應用及成效，以提供管理者提昇領導能力之有效學習。
This course explores the main topics and practical applications of the organizational leadership in the research and organizational leadership, and through the theoretical structure and introduction of leading cases, the application and effectiveness of leading leadership models and practical applications and effectiveness are provided to provide managers with effective learning to improve leadership abilities.
