教育目標 Course Target

美國前教育部長Richard Riley表示:2010年最迫切需要人才的十種工作在 2004 年時還不存在。我們必須教導我們的學生畢業後投入還不存在的工作,運用還未發明的技術,解決未曾想像過的問題。這代表同學要學會的不再是細枝末節的知識與技能,而是要學會創新與開創的方法,以及如何站在制高點思考各種問題,並且具備有動手做的能力(眼高手黑的能耐)。面對瞬息萬變的未來與社會環境快速變遷,同學必須學習「新叢林法則」,過去的生涯軌道是好學校通往好工作,然後一輩子無虞,現在有好學校不一定找得到好工作,找到好工作不見得待得了一輩子。因此本課程期使學生學習科技管理相關知識,具備讓產業創新轉型與商業設計之相關理論並結合互動式個案教學與實務演講,培養同學能辨識市場機會、掌握科技創新轉型設計能力,了解企業科技營運模式的基本知識及可能遭遇的困難與挑戰,進而激發學習者之創新與創業精神,開拓未來潛在新事業之動能。 課程特色: 1. 學習方式採課堂講授、實務演講、互動式個案教學與分組實務專題等方式交叉進行。 2. 知識學習:掌握「科技創新轉型策略」「商業設計」重點議題之發展。 3.理論學習與實務演練並進:鼓勵學習者實際參與國內外主要創業競賽,模擬演練創業流程。 4.跨領域團隊互動:透過跨領域專長之團隊組成,形塑兼具科技與經營能耐之成員互動交流與學習。Former U.S. Education Secretary Richard Riley said: The ten most urgent jobs in 2010 that needed talent did not exist in 2004. We must teach our students to devote work that does not exist after graduation, use uninvented technologies, and solve unthinkable problems. This means that students should learn no longer the subtle knowledge and skills, but rather the methods of innovating and creating, as well as how to think about various problems from a commanding point, and have the ability to do things manually (the ability of a master of vision). Faced with the rapid changes in the future and the rapid changes in the social environment, students must learn the "New Forest Law". In the past, their careers were a good school to a good job, and then there was no need to worry about it. Now a good school may not be able to find a good job, but if you find a good job, you can stay in a good job. Therefore, this course allows students to learn knowledge related to science and technology management, have the relevant theories of industry innovation transformation and business design, and combine interactive plan teaching and practical lectures, cultivate students' ability to identify market opportunities, master scientific and technological innovation transformation and design, understand the basic knowledge of the enterprise's technology management model and the difficulties and challenges that may be encountered, so as to stimulate the learners' innovative and entrepreneurial spirit, and develop the potential new career capabilities in the future. Course features: 1. Learning methods are carried out cross-disciplinary in class lectures, practical lectures, interactive case teaching and sub-assembly practical topics. 2. Knowledge learning: Master the development of the key topics of "Technology Innovation Transformation Strategy" and "Business Design". 3. Theory learning and practice practice and: encourage learners to participate in major domestic and foreign entrepreneurial competitions, and simulate the practice of the entrepreneurial process. 4. Cross-domain team interaction: through cross-domain team formation, shaping interactive communication and learning of members with both technology and functional capabilities.
