課程概述 (系所共同性目標)
. 本課程為奈米電子與能源技術組研究所規劃之進階光電課程,使學生了解光電半導體元件的進階知識,並培養其對光電元件設計概念。希望同學修完這門課程,可以在研究上有實務上幫助,未來不管是繼續升學及工作都可以從事與光電元件相關的研究或行業。
課程目標:
1.本課程內容元件部分包含發光二極體、太陽能電池…。
2.本課程介紹光電半導體物理及製造技術及如何應用在製造光電元件。
3.本課程期望讓學生了解光電元件與系統關連姓,並有利於同學日後在光電相關的研究與就業。Course Overview (Common goals)
. This course is an advanced optical and electrical course planned by the Institute of Nano Electronics and Energy Technology, so that students can understand the advanced knowledge of optical and electrical semiconductor components and cultivate their concepts of optical and electrical component design. I hope that after completing this course, I can provide practical research and assistance. In the future, whether it is continuing to study or work, I can work in research or industry related to optical components.
Course Target:
1. The component parts of this course include light-emitting diodes, solar batteries….
2. This course introduces the physics and manufacturing technology of optical semiconductors and how to apply it to the manufacturing of optical components.
3. This course hopes that students can understand the relationship between optical and electrical components and systems, and it is conducive to students' future research and employment in optical and electrical related research.
