教育目標 Course Target

近年來隨著國內外科技經濟的變遷,我國的資訊電子產業在世界經濟版圖中蔚然崛起,而其中的半導體產業及奈米級電子元件的發展,更是以耀眼的產值與成長率突出於我國的產業之中,已然成為我國的明星科技產業及經濟命脈重鎮,依此一重點而設立本課程。 課程目標:本課程將目前電子工業所使用材料之作一介紹後再進入元件之特性介紹。介紹了奈米電子材料的製備方法、功能特性、應用開發等知識,並結合微電子技術的發展,討論了奈米電子器件的基本原理和設計方法。包括奈米導、陶瓷、磁性、半導體、光電材料和單電子器件等。本課程即為應此一趨勢,使學員在能源原理的指引下,以動手實作專題的方式,並透過教材講述與小組討論的過程,教導學生明瞭能源工程、能源轉換、奈米能源材料性質與奈米能源應用的相關知識包含產製與儲存,並培養學生具備以基礎學理知識應用於能源工程技術之能力,以厚實產業基礎與充沛能源工程技術人才。In recent years, with the changes in domestic and foreign technological economy, our country's information electronic industry has risen in the world's economic version. The semiconductor industry and the development of nano-grade electronic components are prominent in our industry with its dazzling production value and growth rate. It has become a star technology industry and economic town in my country. This course is established based on this focus. Course objective: This course introduces the materials currently used in electronics industry and then introduces the characteristics of components. The knowledge of nanoelectronic materials preparation methods, functional characteristics, application development, etc. is introduced, and combined with the development of microelectronic technology, the basic principles and design methods of nanoelectronic devices are discussed. Including nanoconductors, ceramics, magnetics, semiconductors, optical materials and single electronic devices. This course is a trend that allows students to manually write topics under the guidance of energy principles, and teach students the process of discussion with the group through textbooks, and teach students the relevant knowledge of energy engineering, energy conversion, nano energy material properties and nano energy application, including production and storage, and cultivate students to have the ability to apply basic knowledge to energy engineering technology, and to achieve industrial foundation and abundant energy engineering technology talents.

本課程解說量測奈米材料不同特性的各項技術,例如光子束檢測技術、X 光檢測技術、離子束檢測技術、電子束檢測技術、探針檢測技術..等 。
This course explains various techniques for measuring different characteristics of nanomaterials, such as photon beam detection technology, X-ray detection technology, ion beam detection technology, electron beam detection technology, probe detection technology, etc.
