課程目的：
醫務管理近年來深受國內外醫界重視。近年來，人們愈來愈重視醫務管理的價值，將醫務管理層次由醫院管理層次提升至醫療系統及醫療保險層次。因此對醫務管理之探討對個人未來就業及醫界發展都具有重大影響。
醫務管理實務課程重點包括(1) 醫務管理系務設計,(2) 醫務作業管理,(3) 醫務品質管理(4) 醫務管理實務與病患管理及(5) 醫務管理績效管理等。本課程透過系統化的方法，使醫務管理績效得到發展，並達成企業組織目標為目的。本課程以台灣醫務界個案為例，並探討服務作業及醫務管理實務等相關之問題。Curriculum purpose:
In recent years, medical management has been valued by the medical community at home and abroad. In recent years, people have paid more and more attention to the value of medical management, and have raised the level of medical management from hospital management to medical systems and medical insurance levels. Therefore, the discussion of medical management has a significant impact on personal future employment and medical development.
Medical management practice courses include (1) medical management design, (2) medical operation management, (3) medical quality management (4) medical management practice and patient management, and (5) medical management performance management. Through the systematic method, this course has developed medical management performance and the purpose of achieving corporate organization goals. This course takes the case of Taiwan's medical community as an example, and explores related issues related to service operations and medical management practice.
