教育目標 Course Target

本課程將概述性介紹生物應用性材料包括高分子材料、陶瓷與無機材料、以及金屬合金材料等之基本特性,與其生物適用性範圍。內容並從基礎生化與生物系統與生物體的反應導入,透過生物測試評估了解材料的降解特性,及其生醫材料的生物與人工器官相關臨床應用。透過文獻導引回顧組織工程的發展歷史與沿革,逐漸導入目前常用的可吸收式支架材料的合成與其設計理念、植入式的生醫材料與裝置的實際狀況、生醫材料的未來、以及相關新產品開發與審驗標準。並由課程中安排文章導讀與學生報告,瞭解升醫材料相關工程技術發展及應用現況。This course will introduce biological application materials, including polymer materials, ceramics and inorganic materials, and the basic characteristics of metal alloy materials, and the scope of biological applicability. The content of the content and reaction from basic biochemical and biological systems and biological body, understand the degradation characteristics of materials through biological test assessment, and clinical applications related to biomedical and artificial organs of their biomedical materials. Review the development history and revolution of organizational engineering through literature guidance, and gradually introduced the synthesis of the current commonly used absorbable bracket materials and its design concepts, the actual status of implanted biomedical materials and device, the future of biomedical materials, and related related New product development and examination standards. And an article guide and student reports are arranged in the course to understand the development and application of the engineering technology related engineering technology.

介紹生物應用性材料包括高分子材料、陶瓷與無機材料、以及金屬合金材料等之基本生物醫學應用特性,透過臨床研究與應用性綜合分析,使學生能了解材料的選擇、設計與加工條件差異,並從生物性評估生物體免疫反應與材料的降解破壞角度,分析生醫材料的生物相容性及其適用性。
Introduce the basic biomedical application characteristics of biological application materials including polymer materials, ceramics and inorganic materials, and metal alloy materials. Through comprehensive analysis of clinical research and application, students can understand the differences in the selection, design and processing conditions of materials. And from the angle of biological assessment of biological immune response and degradation of materials, analyze the biocompatibility and applicability of biomedical materials.
