一、教學目的：
提供進入本所就讀之博士班學生，深層了解化學系教授之研究主題、研究方法、與儀器設備應用等。本課程的設計乃由不同領域教授聯合授課，針對各教師之研究主題，提供研究背景、實驗原理與方法..等基本的知識、經由實驗原理的講解、儀器設備之實際操作與實驗訓練，促進學習與研究動機，提高學習成效。
二、主要內容：
授課教師自我介紹，扼要解釋研究領域、研究背景、實驗方法、與儀器設備之原理與應用。幫助博士班研究生對系上現有儀器的正確認識及使用，除了使學生加強對儀器的認識及操作外，在儀器之原理及應用方面能獲得教師們進一步的教導。1. Teaching purpose:
