使學生瞭解如何應用現代物理方法去解決無機與材料化學的問題。主要內容是介紹材料分析儀器的原理與應用,包含結構與組成分析的X-ray粉末繞射儀,材料表面形貌分析如掃描式電子顯微鏡與原子力顯微鏡。並以當今熱門的石墨烯材料為例,說明如何應用上述儀器取得有用資訊。最後亦討論石墨烯的特性,合成與相關應用。上述課程設計希望使從事無機與材料化學的研究生們,能對儀器瞭解上有所幫助,並能啟發而達更深入的研究及應用。Let students understand how to apply modern physics to solve problems in robotics and materials chemistry. The main content is to introduce the principles and applications of material analyzers, including structure and composition analysis X-ray powder sprayers, material surface morphology analysis such as scanned electron microscopes and atomic force microscopes. And take the popular graphene materials today as an example to illustrate how to use the above-mentioned instrument to obtain useful information. Finally, the characteristics of graphene were also discussed, synthesis and related applications were synthesised. The above course design hopes that graduate students in mechanical and material chemistry can help with instrument understanding and enable more in-depth research and application.
