使學生瞭解如何應用現代物理方法去解決無機與材料化學的問題。主要內容是介紹材料分析儀器的原理與應用,包含結構與組成分析的X-ray粉末繞射儀,材料表面形貌分析如掃描式電子顯微鏡與原子力顯微鏡。並以當今熱門的石墨烯材料為例,說明如何應用上述儀器取得有用資訊。最後亦討論石墨烯的特性,合成與相關應用。上述課程設計希望使從事無機與材料化學的研究生們,能對儀器瞭解上有所幫助,並能啟發而達更深入的研究及應用。Let students understand how to apply modern physical methods to solve the problem of inorganic and material chemistry. The main content is to introduce the principles and applications of material analysis instruments, including the X-ray powder winding instrument with structure and composition analysis. The surface shape analysis of the material is based on scanning electronic microscope and atomic microscope. Taking today's popular graphene materials as an example, it shows how to obtain useful information on the application of the above instruments. Finally, the characteristics of graphene are also discussed, synthesis and related applications. The above -mentioned curriculum design hopes to make graduate students engaged in inorganic and material chemistry can help the instrument understanding and inspire and achieve deeper research and application.
