政治という概念の理解から始め、言語の政治、ジェンダーの政治といった関連する分野の概要と、その同時代的問題意識を探るとともに、自分自身の政治的意識を高めて、自律的な研究者を育成することが目標だ。そのためには、同時代的問題を具体的に分析しつつ、自分の立場を確認・作成していくというやりかたをしたい。具体的に何を問題として取り上げるかは、受講者と話し合いながら決めていく。
