公民教育是各國所重視的議題,良好的公民養成將影響國家社會的正向發展。本課程的目的是讓修課學生瞭解,現代國家公民應具有那些基本知識與能力,以及如何透過學校教育做為主要機制,以培育公民所需知識、德行、以及社會參與能力等資格條件,從而充實並型塑一個適合自由民主社會之公民文化。Citizen education is a topic that countries value, and good citizen development will affect the positive development of national society.
