教育目標 Course Target

本科目旨在探討教育行政的理論與實務發展,參考行政學之概念,包含計劃、決定、組織、溝通、領導、視導、激勵、興革、衝突管理、制度、人員、文化、氣氛等,應用於教育行政與學校組織領域,藉以糾合成員意志,運用各項資源,提升組織效能,有效達成教育目標。This subject aims to explore the theoretical and practical development of educational administration. It refers to the concept of administrative learning, including planning, decision, organization, communication, leadership, guidance, guidance, motivation, excitement, conflict management, systems, personnel, culture, atmosphere, etc., and is applied to the educational administration and school organization fields, by comparing the will of the member, using various resources, improving the effectiveness of the organization, and effectively achieving educational goals.
