教育目標 Course Target
真正想要了解有機農業的生產或有意進入有機業產品生產的學習者或消費者,更為確知什麼是安全農業及有機農業。並且,希望達到從書桌到餐桌的教學理念,讓學生能夠將課堂中吸收之有機農業概念在田間教室中有實際的體驗與收穫。
本課程以農學之進階專業知識與操作生產能力為主,透過實作培育學生、良好溝通及團隊合作之能力、持續學習及問題解決之能力,及體認精緻農業之社會責任。
Learners or consumers who really want to understand the production of organic agriculture or intend to enter the production of organic products will know more clearly what safe agriculture and organic agriculture are. In addition, we hope to achieve the teaching concept from desk to dining table, so that students can have practical experience and gains in the organic farming concepts absorbed in the classroom in the field classroom.
This course focuses on advanced professional knowledge and operational production capabilities in agronomy. Through practice, it cultivates students' good communication and teamwork abilities, continuous learning and problem-solving abilities, and their understanding of the social responsibility of precision agriculture.
