真正想要了解有機農業的生產或有意進入有機業產品生產的學習者或消費者,更為確知什麼是安全農業及有機農業。並且,希望達到從書桌到餐桌的教學理念,讓學生能夠將課堂中吸收之有機農業概念在田間教室中有實際的體驗與收穫。
本課程以農學之進階專業知識與操作生產能力為主,透過實作培育學生、良好溝通及團隊合作之能力、持續學習及問題解決之能力,及體認精緻農業之社會責任。Those who really want to understand the production of organic agriculture or intend to enter the production of organic products are more realized what is safe and organic agriculture. In addition, I hope to achieve the teaching concept from desks to dining tables, so that students can have a practical experience and harvest in the field classrooms that can absorb the organic agriculture in the classroom.
This course is based on the advanced professional knowledge and operation production capacity of agronomy. Through the practice of cultivating students, good communication and teamwork, the ability to continue learning and problem solving, and the social responsibility of sophisticated agriculture.
