“領導與倫理”課程，比較偏重於授課與課堂上的誘導討論，但囿於時間與學生參與討論意願的不一致，討論的時間，對象與授課的內容總不易平衡。進一步思考，領導與倫理是屬於“情境”式的認知與能力的培養。學校啟動微學分課程的規劃，正好能給予希望“知”與“知行”的兩類同學，各有所需。本課程將基於領導與倫理兩小時的授課，做學理的說明與討論。將用微學分的一學分進行深度的討論和實務的演練。於是想深度討論與情境實習“領導與倫理”實務的同學，可以加修一個微學分。

The "Leadership and Ethics" course focuses more on lectures and induced discussions in the classroom. However, due to the inconsistency between time and students' willingness to participate in discussions, it is always difficult to balance the time, objects of discussion, and the content of the lectures. Thinking further, leadership and ethics belong to the "situational" type of cognitive and ability cultivation. The school's plan to launch micro-credit courses can provide exactly the two types of students who want to "know" and "know how to do", each with their own needs. This course will be based on a two-hour lecture on leadership and ethics, with theoretical explanation and discussion. One credit of microcredit will be used for in-depth discussions and practical exercises. Therefore, students who want to have an in-depth discussion and situational internship on "Leadership and Ethics" practice can take an additional micro credit.
