“領導與倫理”課程，比較偏重於授課與課堂上的誘導討論，但囿於時間與學生參與討論意願的不一致，討論的時間，對象與授課的內容總不易平衡。進一步思考，領導與倫理是屬於“情境”式的認知與能力的培養。學校啟動微學分課程的規劃，正好能給予希望“知”與“知行”的兩類同學，各有所需。本課程將基於領導與倫理兩小時的授課，做學理的說明與討論。將用微學分的一學分進行深度的討論和實務的演練。於是想深度討論與情境實習“領導與倫理”實務的同學，可以加修一個微學分。The "Leadership and Ethics" courses are more focused on lectures and inducement discussions in class, but the time of time is not easy to balance with students' participation in discussion.
