教育目標 Course Target

從「正確的認知(Correct Recognition)」到「正確的行為(Correct Behaviors)」,是養生保健最核心的概念,其中還需要有「正確的知識(Correct Knowledge)」、「正確的方法(Correct Methods)」與「正確的材料(Correct Materials)」;這五個正確的(correct)元素,即為養生的「健康5C」!透過本課程思考並調整自我的生命價值認識與養生保健觀念,每個人都可以擁有一個健康、快樂、充實的生活! 課程內涵如下: 1.認識中醫學中養生保健概念的起源、基礎以及形成過程 2.身心運作模式(心理與身體)的認知 3.多元生命價值認識與養生保健的積極意義 4.建立養生保健、健康促進的行為模式 5.養生保健實作,學習導引動作與穴位按摩From "Correct Recognition" to "Correct Behaviors" is the core concept of health care.
