教育目標 Course Target

課堂中應用運動科學知識,更了解身體狀態與運動的關係,藉由課程逐漸提升身體狀態,將運動技巧之最佳表現與安全性結合,期望同學循序漸進的改善身體柔軟度、增進心肺功能、肌力、協調性和平衡感,並且矯正身體姿勢、強化呼吸系統,在課程引導下也能提升專注力、紓解身心壓力、減低焦慮,最終養成良好的運動習慣,同時使身心更健康。 強化呼吸系統,增進心肺功能、肌力、協調性和平衡感 增強免疫力提升專注力,改善身體柔軟度及不良姿勢 舒展僵硬關節及緊張的肌肉 增加身體的穩定性,保持良好身體運動機能 養成良好的運動習慣 Apply sports science knowledge in the classroom to better understand the relationship between body state and sports, gradually improve body state through the course, combine the best performance of sports skills with safety, and hope that students can improve body softness and enhance heart and lungs step by step Function, muscle strength, coordination and balance, and improve body posture and strengthen respiratory system.
