一人一故事劇場(Playback Theatre/簡稱PBT)著重傾聽、同理、接納、轉化與鏡照,並強調肢體與聲音的自發性表達與深度同理,是一種即興互動式的民眾劇場。
PBT結合了心理劇、部落聚會以及劇場的儀式與精神,提供愛、分享、平等與尊重的藝術氛圍,讓生命的存在得以相互見證。
一人一故事劇場課程有個願景:以說故事及早期部落的劇場儀式美學為媒介,提供現今社區實踐整合的社會功能,重新聯繫起人們彼此之間失去的連結。
PBT由成員提供真實故事,以即興方式現場演出。其團練不只可以釋放內在壓力,還可以催化自我覺察、增進團隊情誼、減少孤獨與疏離感,對於個人成長、人際關係和社區關懷大有幫助。教學內容主要是一人一故事劇場之精神、理論與技術。包括PBT劇場的緣起、故事包含未竟事務與生命議題、PBT場景的鋪陳與演出形式、PBT演出技術、PBT主持技術、音樂性的同理、即興到位的呈現和儀式、PBT的療癒因子、PBT社區應用的功能與形式。Playback theater/referred to as PBT) focuses on listening, empathy, acceptance, transformation and mirror photos, and emphasize the spontaneous expression and depth of the limbs and sound. It is an improvisation and interactive theater.
PBT combines psychological dramas, tribal gatherings, and the ritual and spirit of theater, providing the artistic atmosphere of love, sharing, equality and respect, so that the existence of life can be witnessed each other.
There is a vision of one person and one story theater course: to tell the aesthetics of the aesthetics of the theater ritual of the story and the early tribes, provide the social functions of the current community practice integration, and re -connect people's loses between each other.
PBT provides real stories by members and performs on the spot in an impromptu way. Its group practice can not only release internal pressure, but also catalyze self -awareness, enhance team friendship, reduce loneliness and alienation, which is greatly helpful for personal growth, interpersonal relationships and community care. The teaching content is mainly the spirit, theory and technology of one person and one story theater. Including the origin of the PBT theater, the story includes unfamiliar transactions and life issues, PBT scenes, PBT performance technology, PBT hosting technology, music attachment, improvisation and ritual, PBT healing factors, PBT PBT Function and form of community applications.
