本課程不僅將對「勞動」與「工作」等社會學經典概念建立基礎性的理解，更將藉由課堂討論延伸探索工作帶動的社會不平等現象。除此之外，本課程亦將討論性別、健康的不平等現象。[For the official curriculum goal, please see the February Edition Outline of 2018]
This course will not only establish a basic understanding of classic concepts such as "labor" and "work", but also use classroom discussions to extend the phenomenon of social inequality driven by work. In addition, this course will also discuss the inequality of gender and health.
