期待領導者出現,是長期世界與社會的冀求。但許多時候,或許隱性領導者就在我們身旁,只是我們不知如何辨識,也不知如何培養自己。與其期待不如鍛鍊自己和輔佐他人。一位領導者對社會有重要的影響力,只是這種影響力是幫助社會成長或是造成社會對立,就需要特別留意,一位能帶領社會往正向發展的領導者,必定要有好的倫理價值觀。期望修習完本課程的學生對於倫理的議題,原則以及領導之間的關聯能有一全貌性的知識與判斷的能力,並具備有應用於相關領域的倫理認知因而建立一位好的領導者的基礎。Looking forward to the emergence of leaders is the long-term desire of the world and society. But many times, perhaps the hindrance leader is by our side, but we don’t know how to identify and cultivate ourselves. It is better to fight yourself and help others than to expect. A leader has an important influence on society. However, this influence is to help social growth or create social conflicts. Special attention is needed. A leader who can lead society to positive development must have good moral values. It is expected that students who have completed this course will have a comprehensive knowledge and judgment ability on ethics’ issues, principles, and linkages between ethics, and have ethics knowledge applied to related fields, thus establishing a foundation for a good leader.
